At Shelly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all devices are in their original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.

Return Process

  Securely pack the electronics in their original box and include a copy of your receipt or the generated return authorization form.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
