We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, while expedited options are available at checkout.
Do Shelly products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our electronic devices and smart home products come with a standard 24-month manufacturer warranty covering any technical defects or hardware failures.
Can I return a product if I have already opened the packaging?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. However, for electronics, the items must be in their original condition with all accessories and manuals included. A small restocking fee may apply to opened items.
Which payment methods are accepted on your store?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For higher-priced items, we also offer installment plans through Klarna.
